REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Due to health, hygiene, and federal safety regulations governing consumable and aerosol products, strict policies apply to returns, exchanges, and order cancellations.

1. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For consumer safety and hygienic reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE once opened, unsealed, or used:

• Disposables, e-liquids, pre-filled pods, and cartridges;

• Replacement coils, atomizers, glass parts, or drip tips;

• Any item with broken factory seals or opened shrink wrap;

• Items purchased on clearance, flash sales, or promotional markdown.

2. Standard Returns (Unopened Goods Only)

Unopened and unused products in their original, sealed factory packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Return Authorization Required: You must contact Info@monseyvape.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back. Packages returned without an approved RMA will be rejected.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping postage costs unless the return is due to an error made by MONSEY VAPE (e.g., wrong product shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

3.1 Transit Damage & Missing Items (48-Hour Notice)

• Reporting Window: Claims for items damaged during transit or missing from an order must be reported to Info@monseyvape.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery confirmation.

• Required Photo/Video Evidence: Your claim must include your Order Number, along with clear photos/videos of:

  • The outer shipping container and carrier shipping label;

  • The interior packaging materials; and

  • The damaged or incorrect item(s).

3.2 Defective Devices & DOA Hardware

• 10-Day Defective Coverage: Disposable devices arriving Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) or hardware experiencing confirmed electronic/manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or store credit within 10 days of purchase.

• Exclusions: Defective coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, user misuse, physical drops, liquid exposure, improper battery charging, pod leaks, or subjective dislike of flavor profiles.

4. Order Cancellations & Unclaimed Delivery Refunds

4.1 Order Cancellations

Orders enter our automated warehouse queue immediately after placement. If you wish to cancel an order, email Info@monseyvape.com right away. Once a tracking number is assigned or an order has been picked for shipment, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4.2 Unclaimed / Failed Adult Delivery Returns

If a package is returned to MONSEY VAPE because:

1. Age verification was failed or refused at delivery; or

2. An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided;

Your order will be refunded to your original payment method minus original shipping costs, the non-refundable Adult Signature, to cover carrier return processing charges.

5. Refunds & Processing Times

Once your return parcel is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

• Approved Refunds: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days of inspection approval.

• Bank Credit Window: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2 to 7 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement.
